Mr. Orr is a highly respected inventor and visionary entrepreneur with over 45 years of experience in the healthcare and medical device industry. His work has spanned Asia, Europe, Canada, and the United States, earning the trust of orthopedic surgeons worldwide and positioning him as a frequent consultant within the global orthopedic manufacturing community.

An active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) for over 25 years, Mr. Orr holds seven issued utility patents, including innovations in sterile battery charging and the invention of the first single-use surgical power tools. In 2018, he shifted his focus from total joint replacement to rehabilitation technologies, collaborating with pain management physicians and orthopedic surgeons to develop advanced, non-narcotic treatment solutions.
