Shipping Policy

ORX Healthcare works diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and destination.

Order Processing & Delivery

● Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

● Shipping times vary by product and location.

● Some products may have extended lead times due to manufacturing or availability.

● Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier availability, and order details. ORX Healthcare uses trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Returns Policy

All returns require prior authorization from ORX Healthcare.

Before returning any product, customers must contact ORX Customer Service to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be approved for:

● Products shipped in error

● Products authorized for return within 30 days of delivery

● Products determined to be defective due to manufacturing workmanship

Approved returns must be:

● Unused

● In original, undamaged packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

● Custom or special-order products

● Products held for more than 90 days from the original invoice date

● Partial cases or quantities below minimum order requirements

● Products that are used, damaged, altered, or not in original packaging

● Products no longer sellable due to redesign, revision, or obsolescence

Return Shipping & Fees

● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an ORX error.

● All return shipments must follow the shipping method approved by ORX Healthcare.

● Approved returns requested after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued after returned items are received and inspected.
